Let me tell you something—I finally joined TikTok, and IT. IS. SO. MUCH. FUN. Creating videos on there is the easiest thing ever. They have an insane amount of templates. It’s like they practically beg you to switch things up. I’m over here feeling like a damn movie director, just cranking out “masterpieces”—air quotes. Plus, the app lets you download your creation to share anywhere and everywhere you want…like IG.
Speaking of Instagram, it’s been my go-to forever, but after playing around with TikTok… whew, I have some thoughts. The IG platform sucks for creating now that I’ve tasted the easy life. Does that mean I’m quitting Instagram? Absolutely not. It just means you’ll be seeing my TikToks reposted. 🤣
And, speaking of Instagram, why did the platform remove the AI feature for IG stories? Why!?!?
Leg Day & Staying #DayclubReady
Today’s Sunday, which means it’s the first of THREE leg days for the week, aka the standard. Gotta keep this joozy booty stacked like a bookshelf. I hit a new PR today on hip thrusts: 6×5 at 300lbs, followed by a dropset of 3×8 at 270lbs. Let me tell you, my glutes are screaming in a good way. Of course, I did a full leg workout, but the hip thrusts were the star of the show.
