Yesterday was a rollercoaster. My emotions were all over the place—highs, lows, frustration, and self-doubt. I couldn’t focus, not even on my writing. Grounded? Ha! My root and sacral chakras were a mess. After trying to fight it, I finally gave in, letting my emotions run their course. Went to bed before 8 PM and slept like a rock. Woke up at 2 AM (yes, I wake up at 2 AM on leg days) and groggily headed to the gym.
Leg Day Meets Full Moon Peak
By the time I started on the leg press, I began feeling like myself again. And right after the Full Moon peaked at 4:26 AM PDT, during hip thrusts, everything clicked into place. My energy was flowing, and I felt back in my natural state—blissful and content. Oh BTW, I hit a new PR: 310 lbs, 5×5 for hip thrusts. Talk about a Full Moon win! Staying #dayclubready lifestyle is all about balancing the grind with that sexy, iconic goddess vibe, even when our emotions are a wreck.
