October Recap: Wrapping Up a Damn Good Month

The month of October went by so damn fast! Between finishing the final edits for Death by Orgasm and diving into self-publishing it as a paperback, I barely had time to blink. Self-publishing an eBook? Old news. But this was my first time doing a paperback, and I was honestly nervous. Turns out Amazon made it a breeze, even letting me order a proof to inspect before the big release. Now, I’m in full promo mode, going all-in like never before. It’s been a year since my first book, Only (Fans) Fund$, and it feels like a graduation of sorts. This new book is a whole new level for me, pushing me out of my comfort zone, and it’s live on Amazon and my blog, BaroqueMedusa, if you want to check it out.

October 2024: Best Month, Best Year

So, why was October 2024 my best month and year? One word: Mindset. I’ve always leaned towards positivity, but let’s be real—self-doubt and self-sabotage loved to creep in. After this recent Eclipse season and Jupiter going retrograde, something clicked. Finally. I realized: I HAVE IT ALREADY. Yep, that’s the Law of Assumption talking. Now, I’d been on the Law of Attraction train since the 2000s, but the Law of Assumption? That’s next-level and life changing. Here’s the deal: rather than just attracting what you want, the Law of Assumption is all about living like you already have it. Assume it’s yours. Picture it, believe it, live in that reality.

The Twitter Law of Assumption community is massive, and honestly, the support there has been a game-changer. If you want to check it out just search by: #LOA.

Getting Emotionally Available (On My Terms)

In my September recap, I promised to make myself more emotionally available. And while that’s still on the agenda, October taught me something unexpected: it’s okay to be selective. I’ll keep my Law of Assumption journey to myself, but opening up to feel emotions deeply? That was the unexpected twist of the month. Letting myself feel—without holding back—has been a game-changer, something I didn’t even know I needed.

Hoodie SEAZN, Weighted Vests & Fall Vibes

October brought the long-awaited Fall weather, which means Hoodie SEAZN is back in full swing… well, until noon-ish. With these cool 48°F mornings, I’m back to my weighted vest walks. Started Monday with 20 lbs., and I’m adding 4 lbs. each session until I hit 40 lbs. My goal? To be tackling that 1.5-mile route, with a steep incline, by December 1st. Nothing like a good incline, the outdoors crisp cool air at 5am, and some extra weight to make you feel Staying #dayclubready and unstoppable.

November, Here We Come

October was phenomenal, and I’m ready to make November even better. Promise me, sexy icons, that you’re going to nail it too. We slay because that’s what we do. Here’s to manifesting, smashing goals, and staying unapologetically iconic.

Until next month…
