Look, I’m back on keto for the month of March, and that means bikini season is officially loading. Spring Break is around the corner, and my Staying #dayclubready lifestyle requires me to be laid out, tanning, full-time M-F on my lunch hour while looking shredded AF. But let’s be real—pizza cravings don’t give a damn about my macros. Lucky for me (and now, you), I found this quick & dirty keto pizza hack on IG back in Lockdown 2020, and it has never failed me since.




Craving Pizza? Ditch the Unlawful Dough
If you’re deep in the keto trenches but still want pizza, good news—you can have it. You just need to ditch the carb-loaded, blood sugar-spiking, straight-up unlawful dough and swap it for crispy AF pepperoni as the base. This two-ingredient recipe is so easy, you could make it in your sleep. Bonus? It actually tastes like pizza—salty, cheesy, crispy, and completely guilt-free.
Recipe & Directions
Ingredients:
Pepperoni slices (12-15, or as many as you want)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (as much as your soul desires)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (trust me, don’t skip this step unless you love scrubbing grease).
Lay down 12-15 slices of pepperoni in an even layer and bake for 7 minutes—this lets them crisp up and sweat out some fat.
When they come out, blot the excess grease with a paper towel, then rearrange them back into place.
Pile on the shredded mozzarella (go light or go full cheese-pull mode), then pop them back in the oven for another 3-4 minutes until melted to perfection. If you like extra gooey, melty madness, extend it to 5-7 minutes.
Once done, slide them onto a plate, and go in.
For me? I fold these bad boys in half and eat them like tacos. Zero regrets, full keto, and completely satisfying.
