Last week, before the impending storm, it was just me in the dark at 5:45 AM, walking briskly in silence for my three-mile morning walk. Lately, I’ve ditched music and podcasts for my cardio sessions. It’s just me, the universe, and the cold air pressing against my face. The silence is deafening at times, but it’s welcome.
The Tree Is a Lie
As I walked through the park, I watched trees standing tall, their roots gripping the earth while their limbs swayed wildly to the heavy wind. A scene that most would romanticize—a tree, strong and unshaken, enduring whatever the storm throws its way.
AND THEN I PLUCKED ANOTHER TANGLED THORN FROM MY CROWN CHAKRA. 💡
That whole concept? BULL-FUCKING-SHIT. Just like the tired phrase “All good things come to an end” (see post here), the saying “A tree with strong roots laughs at the storm” is just as wrong—crafted by someone, yet again, with a limited mindset.
You Are the Tree YOU ARE THE WIND
To the average person, this video is just that: a tree, rooted, standing firm against the wind. But step out of the normie mindset for a second. There are two forces in play: the tree and the wind.
And here’s the real question—WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO BE THE GOTDAMNT TREE?
Whoever came up with that tree analogy was clearly thinking small. Because if you actually want power, control, and influence, you don’t root yourself in place—YOU MOVE, SHIFT, AND SHAPE THE WORLD AROUND YOU.
The Wind Bends Reality
The wind doesn’t give a damn about the tree’s deep roots. It does whatever the fuck it wants. It bends, shapes, and changes the environment at will. It’s the force that commands movement, not the one waiting to be tested by storms.
That’s YOU.
