Using a 4-inch waffle iron like Dash, you mix either the bare minimum—just eggs and cheese—or get fancy by adding ingredients like coconut or almond flour. My Chaffle Experimentation
In 2020, I dabbled with several chaffle recipes before venturing into creating my own. Here’s a pro tip: using cheeses other than mozzarella can result in excessive oiliness once they start cooking, leading to a greasy mess.
