Unlike the majority of food blogs that make you scroll through someone’s entire life story before you see a recipe, that’s not how we move at Küche by Dayclub SEAZN. If I’m blogging about it, consider it noteworthy, easy, and actually satisfying. No fluff, no fake struggle meals. This creamy marinara air fryer chicken is rich, garlicky, slightly indulgent, and done fast — exactly the kind of meal that keeps you staying #dayclubready without babysitting a stove.
Did I mention it’s high protein, keto/low-carb?!
This easy air fryer chicken thigh recipe is one of my go-to weeknight dinners when I want something filling without overthinking it.
The magic is in combining marinara with heavy cream for a sauce that cooks up like a lazy vodka-style glaze. It clings to boneless skinless chicken thighs, caramelizes in the air fryer, and tastes like way more effort than it takes. Since moving into my new home, I’ve been constantly testing and cooking new things that are only low-effort, high-reward recipes that actually fit real life. If that’s your vibe, subscribe, because this isn’t a one-off.

Creamy Marinara Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (1–1½ lbs)
- 1 lb – 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup your favorite marinara sauce (I prefer Mezzetta Spicy Marinara)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¾ tsp salt (adjust based on marinara saltiness)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
pssst! Overnight marinating isn’t required, but it’s highly encouraged — because FLAVOR. And GARLIC.
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F
- Whisk marinara, heavy cream, olive oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and vinegar
- Add chicken and coat thoroughly
- Place chicken in air fryer basket or silicone liner in a single layer
- Cook 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway (up to 20 minutes for thicker thighs)
- Chicken is done at 165°F with lightly caramelized edges
- Rest 2 minutes and serve immediately
