Küche Dayclub SEAZN: Air Fryer Hot Chicken Thighs (Because Wings Are Overrated)

New recipe? Again? Yes, babes.

There’s something elite about making hot chicken thighs because wings are overrated in the air fryer and having them come out crispy, juicy, and aggressively flavorful without babysitting a stove. Real food energy. Minimal effort. Maximum payoff. Crystal Hot Sauce does all the heavy lifting here. Tangy, spicy, vinegar-forward, and perfect for soaking into chicken thighs that actually know how to stay moist.

These air fryer hot thighs are bold, messy in the best way, and pair effortlessly with yellow rice, salad, or straight off the plate if you’re not in the mood for extras. This is the kind of recipe that feels indulgent but still fits into staying #dayclubready energy.

Unfussy, flavorful, and absolutely on repeat.

Note: Crystal Hot Sauce does have an actual wing sauce, but I haven’t tried it yet because their OG hot sauce is all I need. Stay tuned though. I’ll scoop some up and make a test batch eventually. And of course, it’ll be documented right here on Dayclub SEAZN.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, olive oil, melted butter, garlic, vinegar or lemon juice, and all seasonings
  • Add the chicken thighs and toss until fully coated with no dry spots
  • Cover and marinate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F
  • Arrange thighs in a single layer, working in batches if needed
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 8 to 10 minutes until crispy and cooked through

Want extra caramelization? Let the thighs ride for 21–22 minutes, watching closely at the end.

Low-effort. High-reward. On repeat.
