Küche Dayclub SEAZN: My High-Protein Air Fryer Breakfast in a 7-Inch Springform Pan

Who said a 7-inch springform pan is only for cheesecake? Not me. If I’m going to be extra, my breakfast might as well be, too. I picked one up for my air fryer, and now I don’t think I’ll ever make a crustless quiche in the oven ever again. It cooks faster, doesn’t heat up my kitchen during the desert summer, and somehow makes breakfast feel a little more luxe.

This has officially become my newest Dayclub SEAZN breakfast obsession. Three eggs, a little cottage cheese, a little mozzarella, and about 14 minutes in the air fryer. That’s it. It’s keto-friendly, low carb, high-protein, and ridiculously satisfying. Even better? The whole recipe comes in at approximately 32 grams of protein, making it one of my favorite high-protein breakfasts when I want something filling without spending forever in the kitchen.

Breakfast… but make it extra.

Directions

  1. Lightly spray a 7-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan.
  5. Air fry at 320°F for 14 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let the quiche rest for 5–10 minutes.
  7. Run a butter knife around the edge, unlatch the springform pan, and remove the ring before serving.

Breakfast already hits differently after my morning swim, and this one has officially earned a permanent spot in my weekly rotation. Turns out springform pans aren’t just for cake… they’re for breakfast, too, if you’re living the #dayclubready lifestyle.
