Küche Dayclub SEAZN: My Easy Honey Whipped Cream Recipe

Some of my favorite recipes are the simplest ones because they always turn out luxurious. Every Fourth of July, tables are filled with heavy desserts, but I wanted something lighter that still feels festive. This honey whipped cream has earned a permanent spot in my refrigerator because it takes just a few minutes to make, uses natural ingredients, and instantly turns frozen fruit into something that feels like dessert at a boutique poolside café. Staying #DayclubReady has never been about restriction for me—it’s about transforming everyday moments into pure indulgence.

Summer is when this recipe shines. Whether I’m spending the afternoon poolside, relaxing under the desert sun, or simply looking for something refreshing after a trip to the farmers market, this honey whipped cream couldn’t be easier. I’ve been spooning my latest creation over frozen mango, frozen blueberries, and frozen sliced apples, but it’s equally delicious with sliced peaches, fresh cherries, protein pancakes, waffles, or even a cup of iced coffee. Best of all, there’s no baking required.

Honey Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Pour the heavy cream and vanilla into a tall measuring cup or mason jar. Using an immersion blender, whip until the cream begins to thicken. Add the honey and a pinch of sea salt, then continue blending until soft to medium peaks form.

Serve immediately or transfer to a sealed jar and refrigerate for up to 4 days. For a simple Fourth of July dessert, spoon generously over strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for an easy red, white, and blue treat. It’s equally delicious over frozen fruit, fresh peaches, pancakes, waffles, or stirred into an iced coffee.
